How to book a tour

To book a tour and start this unique experience you will need to confirm your booking by sending us a confirmation email and a deposit can be requested via PayPal. By confirming your booking for the tour with us you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions as outlined on this page.
The balance of your tour fee must be made in Euro cash or Travelers cheques.

Cancellation

Should you need to cancel your tour 30 days or less from your tour date, your eventual deposit will not be returned but we will try to work with you to change the date to accomodate your wishes from your initial tour date.

Insurance

For your protection and ours it is strongly recommended that you and all members of your group have at the beginning of your travel insurance which will indemnify you in respect to the normal risks of travel, including in particular injury, illness or death. Your policy should as a minimum cover the cost of emergency medical treatment, repatriation, loss of baggage, compensation for travel delay, and cancellation fees.
HCTP is insured in respect of the French law.

Disabled access

If you have any special needs,  including any disability, HCTP will be pleased to accept your booking insofar as we can accomodate you in our vehicle. Any disability or special requirements  must to be notified to us in writing at the time of booking. We reserve the right to suggest  or plan an alternate tour for yourself. You should also be aware that several sites can be accessible by wheelchairs, however most of them may not be to those with mobility needs.
