The Battle of Saint Quentin Canal on the Hindenburg line began on the 24th of September 1918 until the end of October and involved British, Australian and two American divisions in the spearhead attack and as a single combined force against the Hindenburg Line.

Under the command of Australian General Sir John Monash, the assault achieved all its objectives, resulting in the first full breach of the Hindenburg Line, in the face of heavy German resistance and, in concert with other attacks of the "Great Offensive" along the length of the line.

During the visit you will see the Riqueval Bridge and tunnel, remains of the battlefield including trenches and bunkers and you will follow the path of the 27th and 30th Divisions.

We propose a half day or full day's visit. For more of information and prices, contact us.
